|Recommended: YesUnsatisfactory, NOT HAPPY. — Move-in on 12 26 was extremely disorganized and disappointing. Management or experienced staff should have been present that day. Prior to move-in, Kelly provided me with specific instructions that were later contradicted by staff on the actual move-in day.
I was told by Kelly to deposit funds into a specific account, which I did on move-in day. However, when I arrived, Caira—after speaking with Ayesha—stated the deposit had to be a money order. This resulted in me going back and forth between the office and my bank unnecessarily.
Additionally, there is an unfamiliar number attached to my profile for ACH payments that no one has been able to identify or explain.
Maintenance communication has also been poor. Requests are marked “completed” online without any notice of when the work is actually done. No notes are left in the apartment, and residents are expected to submit only one maintenance request for multiple issues, which is unclear and inefficient. New move-ins should be prioritized, but that did not appear to be the case.
On a positive note, Kamarie assisted me the following day and resolved issues quickly and professionally. She was excellent. The apartments themselves are spacious, with new cabinets and flooring, and the property looks great.
Overall, the unit is nice, but the move in processes need serious improvement. All staff should be giving consistent information, and communication—especially around payments and maintenance—must be clearer.

|Recommended: YesFantastic People, Highly Recommend — We absolutely recommend Arbor Station apartments in Tallahassee. The staff are fantastic, the maintenance staff is second to none. These are good apartments with GREAT support and staff.
The perks for moving in are great, the apartments are clean, well-maintained, and updated. They aren't luxury apartments - and they are not priced like luxury apartments - yet the staff treat you as if these were much higher priced units.
Dog Park.
Car Wash.
Pool.
Daytime Lounge.
Excellent Staff.
Responsive Maintenance.
Well maintained and regularly groomed property.

If I wasn't relocating to PC, Arbor Station would be my home for many years to come Kelly's team is top notch, always responsive and ready to assist with whatever you could possibly need. Greg never fails to have a big smile and a friendly wave even when it's 19 degrees outside. Thank y'all for making my stay at this beautiful property such a wonderful experience.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Only give 4 stars for parking availability due to a truck being parked in an unmarked spot for weeks on end without moving. Nothing serious, just could be more convenient if that spot was shared.

|Recommended: YesArbor Station is great — I love living here at Arbor Station. I have everything I could need and everyone is very polite. I do live near a family with a teenage daughter that sings very loud on the balcony but that's usually only on the weekends. I love how there are pet stations all over the complex, I just wish more people would use them. Sometimes I find a dog mess just inches from the pet station but as long as I clean up after my dog that's the best I can do
